Article 2 (Definitions)

  ② \"User\" means a member or non-member who accesses the Mall and receives services provided by the Mall in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  ③\"Membership\" means a person who has registered as a member of the \\\"Mall\" and who can continue to use the services provided by the Mall.
  ④\"Non-member\" means a person who uses the services provided by the Mall without joining the membership.

Article 3 (Explanation and Explanation of Terms and Amendment)
  ① \"Mall\" shall include the contents of this Agreement, the name of the representative, the address of the place of business (including the address where the consumer can handle the complaint), the telephone number and the transfer number, the e-mail address, the business registration number, (CUSTOMERNAME) on the initial service screen (front) of cyber mall to make it easy for users to know the information number, report number, and personal information manager.   ② \"Before the user agrees to the Terms, the Mall shall provide a separate connection screen or pop-up screen so that the user can understand important contents such as withdrawal of application, withdrawal responsibility, You must obtain.  
③ \"Mall\" refers to the laws and regulations on consumer protection in e-commerce, the Law on the Regulation of Terms, the Basic Law on Electronic Documents and Electronic Transactions, the Electronic Financial Transaction Act, the Digital Signature Act, And information protection, etc., \\\\\\\"Law on Visiting Sales, etc.\\\", \\\"Consumer\\\\\\\'s Fundamental Law\\\", and so on..
  ④ When the\\\"Mall\\\" is amended, the applicable date and reason for the amendment shall be specified and announced on the initial screen of the Mall together with the current terms from 7 days prior to the effective date to the day before the effective date. However, if you change the terms and conditions of your use against the user, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. In this case, the\"Mall\" clearly compares the contents before and after the revision and displays them for the user to understand.
  ⑤ If the \"Mall\" amends these terms, the amended terms will apply only to the contracts entered into after the effective date of the amendment, and the provisions of the pre-amendment terms will be applied to those contracts that have already been executed.   ⑥ The matters not specified in these Terms and the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce etc., the Law on the Regulation of the Terms, the \"Consumer Protection Guidelines on Electronic Commerce etc.\" .

Article 4 (Provision and Change of Service)
  ① \"Mall\" performs the following tasks.
    1. Provide information on goods or services and conclude purchase contracts
    2. Delivery of the goods or services for which the purchase contract is concluded

   ② The \"Mall\" may change the contents of the goods or services to be provided by contracts to be concluded in the future in the case of the sale of goods or services or the change of technical specifications. In this case, specify the contents and date of the changed goods or services, and immediately notify the place where the current goods or services are posted.
   ③ When the \"mall\" provides the service, the user immediately notifies the user of the reason for changing the contents of the service contracted with the user for reasons such as the sale of goods or the change of technical specifications.
   ④ In the case of the preceding paragraph, \"Mall\" compensates the user for damages caused by this. However, this is not the case if the \\\"Mall\\\" proves that it is not intentional or negligent.
Article 5 (Suspension of Service)
  ① The \"Mall\" may temporarily suspend the provision of services in the event of maintenance, inspection, replacement, breakdown of communication, etc. of information and communication facilities such as computers.
  ② The \"Mall\" shall be compensated for the damages incurred by the user or the third party due to temporary interruption in the provision of the service for the reason stated in Paragraph 
  ③ When the service can not be provided due to the conversion of the business item, the abandonment of business, or the integration among the companies, the \"Mall\" notifies the user in the manner set out in Article

Article 6 (Membership)
  ① User submits membership information according to the registration form established by \"mall\" and then signs up to agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  ② The \"mall\" is registered as a member of the users who apply to join as a member as described in Paragraph 1 unless it falls under any of the following items.
    1. If the applicant has lost his or her previous membership pursuant to Paragraph 3 of Article 7 of this Agreement, the member who has passed 3 years after the loss of membership under

  ③ The time of establishment of membership contract is when the approval of \"Mall\" reaches the member.
  ④ If there is any change in the registered items at the time of joining the membership, the member must notify the change of the \"mall\" within a considerable period of time by means of modification of the member information.

Article 7 (withdrawal of membership and loss of qualification)
  ① The member may request withdrawal at any time from the \"Mall\", and the \"Mall\" immediately handles withdrawal from membership.
  ② If a member falls under any of the following grounds, the \"Mall\" may limit and suspend membership.
    1. If you registered false information at the time of application
    2. If you do not pay on the due date for the goods you purchase using the \"Mall\" or other liabilities you bear in connection with your use of the \"Mall\"
    3. Threatening e-commerce order, such as interfering with the use of another person\\\'s \\\"mall\\\" or stealing the information
    4. When using the \"mall\" to prohibit the law or this agreement, or to act against the public good
  ③ The \"mall\" may lose membership if the same activity is repeated more than once after stopping the membership of the mall, or if the reason is not corrected within 30 days.
  ④ If the\"Mall\" loses the membership, the membership registration will be canceled. In this case, you will be notified of the membership and given at least 30 days prior to the termination of the membership registration.

Article 8 (Notice to Members)
   ① When the \\\"mall\\\" notifies the member, the member can make it to the e-mail address specified in advance with the \"mall\".
   ② \"Mall\" can be replaced with individual notice by posting on the \"Mall\" bulletin board for more than one week in case of notice to many unspecified members. However, individual notices shall be given to items that have a material effect on the member\\\'s transactions.

Article 9 (Application for Purchase)
   ① The user of the\"Mall\" shall apply for the purchase on the \"Mall\" by the following or similar methods, and the \"Mall\" shall provide the following contents to the user in order to facilitate the purchase.

       2. Enter the name, address, telephone number, e-mail address (or mobile phone number) of the recipient

Article 10 (Establishment of Contract)
  ① The \"Mall\" may not accept the following application for the same purchase application as the Article 9. Article 11 (Method of Payment)

     The payment method for goods or services purchased at \"Mall\" can be made by any of the following methods. However, the \"Mall\" can not collect any additional commission on the payment of goods, etc., regarding the payment method of the user.
     1. Various account transfers such as phone banking, Internet banking, e-banking, etc.
     2. Prepaid cards, debit cards, credit cards, etc.
     3. Online deposit
     4. Payment by electronic money
     5. Payment upon receipt
     6. Payment by points paid by \"mall\" such as mileage
     7. Payment by means of a voucher which is contracted with \"Mall\" or approved by\"Mall\"
     8. Payment by other electronic payment methods, etc.

Article 12 (Notice of Receipt of Confirmation • Change of Purchase Order and Cancellation)
   ① The \"Mall\" will notify the user of the receipt if the user has an application for purchase.
   ② The user who receives the acknowledgment of receipt may request the change or cancellation of the purchase application immediately after receiving the acknowledgment if there is any inconsistency of the intention to do so, and if there is a request from the user before delivery, . However, if the payment has already been made, it shall be subject to the provisions regarding withdrawal of the application under Article 15.

Article 13 (Supply of Goods, etc.)
  ① The \"Mall\" takes other necessary measures such as order making, packing, etc. so that the user can deliver the goods within 7 days from the date of submission of the offer, unless there is a separate agreement regarding the supply period of the user and the goods . However, if the \\\"mall\\\" has already received all or part of the payment of goods or the like, it shall take action within 3 business days from the receipt of all or part of the payment. At this time, the \\\\\\\"Mall\\\\\\\" takes appropriate measures to ensure that the user can confirm the supply procedures and progress of the goods.
  ② \"Mall\" specifies the shipping method, shipping cost for each method, shipping time for each method, etc. for the goods purchased by the user. If the \\\"Mall\\\" exceeds the contracted delivery time, you must compensate for the damage caused by the user. However, this is not the case if the \\\"Mall\\\" proves that there is no intentional negligence.

Article 14 (Refund)
   \"Mall\" means that if the goods which the user has applied for purchase are not delivered or provided due to reasons such as out of stock, etc., the user is notified of the reason without delay and if the goods are paid in advance, Make a refund or take the necessary action for the refund within one business day.

Article 15 (Withdrawal of subscription, etc.)
   (1) A user who has entered into a contract for the purchase of a \"Mall\" with a consumer shall, on the date of receipt of a written statement concerning the contents of the contract under Article 13, Paragraph 2 of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce etc. If the supply of goods is delayed, it means the day when the supply of goods etc. is supplied or the supply of goods is started.)   ④ If the user does not agree with the provisions of paragraphs 1 and 2 and the goods are displayed differently from the contents of the advertisement or the contents of the contract, he / she shall notify him / her within 3 months from the date of receipt of the goods.   Article 16 (Effect of withdrawal of subscription, etc.)
  ① The \"Mall\" refunds the goods already paid within 3 business days if the goods are returned from the user. In this case, when the \\\"Mall\\\" delays the refund of goods or the like to the user, the delayed interest calculated by multiplying the delayed interest rate stipulated in Article 21-2 of the\\\"Enforcement Decree of the Consumer Protection Act on Electronic Commerce etc.\" .
  ② When the \"mall\" refunds the above payment, when the user pays the goods, such as credit card or electronic money, the user who has provided the payment means without delay will be stopped charging the goods Or to cancel.
  ③ In the case of withdrawal of subscription, etc., the user will bear the cost of returning the goods received. The \"Mall\" does not charge the user for penalty or damages for reasons such as withdrawal of subscription. However, if the contents are different from the contents of the advertisement or the contents of the contract are different from those of the contents of the advertisement and the withdrawal of the subscription is made, etc., the \"mall\" will bear the expenses necessary for the return of the goods.
  ④ When the user receives the goods, the \"Mall\" clearly indicates to the user who is responsible for the cost when withdrawing the subscription.

Article 17 (Protection of Personal Information)
  ① The \"Mall\" collects at least the personal information necessary to provide the service when collecting the user\'s personal information.
  ② The \"Mall\" does not collect the information necessary for the fulfillment of the purchase contract in advance. However, in order to fulfill the obligations under the relevant laws and regulations, it is not necessary to confirm at least the personal information prior to the purchase contract.
  ③ When collecting and using the user\\\'s personal information, the \\\"Mall\\\" notifies the user of the purpose and receives the consent.
  ④ \"Mall\" can not use the collected personal information for purposes other than the purpose, and when a new purpose of use occurs or it is provided to a third party, the user receives the consent of the user in the use and provision stage. However, except in cases where the relevant laws and ordinances stipulate otherwise.
  ⑤ If the \"mall\" requires the consent of the user pursuant to Paragraphs 3 and 4, the identity (affiliation, name and telephone number, other contact) of the person in charge of personal information management, (2) of Article 22 (2) of the Act on the Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. concerning the provision of information on the person (the person who has been provided, the purpose of the provision, and the information to be provided) May withdraw this consent at any time.

  ⑨ \"Mall\" does not set the consent section for collection, use, and provision of personal information to be pre-selected. Article 18 (Obligation of \"Mall\")
   ① The \"mall\" shall not do any act contrary to laws and regulations or this agreement or contrary to public order and sincerity, and shall do its best to provide goods and services continuously and reliably as stipulated in this agreement.
   ②\"Mall\" must have a security system to protect user\\\'s personal information (including credit information) so that users can use Internet service safely.
   ③ \"Mall\" is liable to compensate the user for any damage caused by the unlawful display and advertisement of Article 3 of the 「Display and Advertisement Fairness Act」 for the goods and services.
   ④ \"Mall\" does not send commercial emails for commercial purposes that users do not want.

Article 19 (Obligations to Members\' ID and Password)
   ① The member is responsible for the management of ID and password except for Article 17.
   ② Members shall not allow their ID and password to be used by a third party.
   ③ When a member recognizes that his / her ID and password are stolen or used by a third party, he / she shall notify the mall immediately, and if there is guidance of the mall, he / she should follow it.

Article 20 (User\\\'s obligation) The user should not do the following acts.

Article 21 (Relation between a Linked \"Mall\" and a Linked \"Mall\")

Article 23 (Settlement of Disputes)

   ② The \"Mall\" will preferentially handle the complaints and comments submitted by users. However, in the event that it is difficult to process it promptly, the user will be notified immediately of the reason and the processing schedule.
   ③ When there is an application for damages relief from the user regarding the e-commerce dispute between the \"Mall\" and the user, the dispute may be subject to arbitration by the Fair Trade Commission or the city or provincial governor.

Article 24 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)
   ① The lawsuit concerning the dispute of electronic commerce between the \"Mall\" and the user shall be based on the address of the user at the time of the complaint and, if there is no address, the jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over the residence. However, if the address or residence of the user at the time of filing is not clear, or if the foreign resident is a foreign resident, he / she shall submit it to the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
